Location
Set against the backdrop of the dramatic Dhauladhar Mountains the hill station of Dharamsala is perched at the elevation ranges from 1,250 m to 2000 m above the sea level in the upper reaches of Kangra Valley. The town is divided into two distinct and widely separated sections Upper and Lower Dharamsala differing by about 1000m in altitude. Kangra Art Museum: It has a close vicinity to the Tourist Office. The museum displays the miniature paintings of the Kangra School of Art, which flourished during the 17th century AD in the Kangra Valley.
Bhagsunag Falls: The amazing beauty of Bhagsunnag Falls attracts visitors in large amount. It lies little away from the town of Dharamsala and is a famous picnic jaunt for the tourists. The fall is surrounded by an ancient temple is also among the visited places of Dharamsala.
