Day 01: Kalimpong
East India Delight Tour starts from Kalimpong. Our representative meets you at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport and escorts you to Kalimpong. Check in to hotel upon arrival for overnight stay.
Day 02: Kalimpong
Leave for a post breakfast city sightseeing tour covering Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham Homes School, Thonga Goma Monastery, Mangaldham and Nurseries that form a part of all tours to East India. Retire to the hotel for the night.
Day 03:Kalimpong – Gangtok
East India Delight Tour today takes you to Gangtok. Check out from hotel after breakfast and proceed to Gangtok. Transfer to hotel on arrival. Leave for post-lunch city sightseeing tour to the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten Stupa, Orchid Sanctuary and Rumtek Monastery. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 04: Gangtok
Today you visit Thshangu Lake and Baba Mander after breakfast. Both of them are must visit sites in East India tour packages. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05: Gangtok – Darjeeling
Darjeeling is the next destination in East India Delight Tour and you check out from hotel after breakfast to proceed to Darjeeling. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and stay for the night.
Day 06: Darjeeling
Leave for a post-breakfast city sightseeing tour covering Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, thrilling Ropeway activities, Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, Tea Estate, Lebong Race Course, Peace Pagoda and Rock Garden – Gangamaya Park. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07: Darjeeling
Early morning before breakfast, proceed for a short excursion to Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop that are a part of all East India tour packages. Return to the hotel for breakfast and then leave for a visit to the famous Mirick Lake reached via Nepal border. Spend the night at the hotel.
Day 08: Departure
East India Delight Tour ends today. Check out from hotel after breakfast and transfer to Bagdogra Airport/NJP Railway Station where you board scheduled flight/train back home or for onward destination.
