Day 01: Darjeeling Arrival
Darjeeling is the starting point for your East India Religious Tour. Our representative meets you at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport and escorts you to Darjeeling. Check in to hotel upon arrival for overnight stay.
Day 02: Darjeeling
Post breakfast city sightseeing tour. Start with Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and then proceed to Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Try your adventure skills with ropeway and later visit Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, Tea Estate and Lebong Race Course. Japanese Temple - Peace Pagoda, Lal Kothi, Dhirdham Temple, Ava Art Gallery and Natural History Museum are also must visits in the religious tour to East India. Return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 03: Darjeeling
Leave for an excursion to Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop early in the morning. Return to hotel for breakfast and later proceed for a visit to the beautiful Rock Garden – Gangamaya Park, a widely visited site in all East India Tours. Retire to the hotel for the night.
Day 04: Darjeeling
On day 04 of East India Religious Tour, depart for a post breakfast sightseeing visit to the picturesque Mirik Lake that is reached after crossing the Nepal border. Spend the whole day there and then return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 05: Darjeeling - Gangtok
Darjeeling Gangtok Tour Package today takes you to the capital city of Sikkim – Gangtok. Check out from hotel after breakfast and proceed to Gangtok. Transfer to hotel upon arrival for overnight stay.
Day 06: Gangtok
Leave for a post breakfast city sightseeing tour covering Gangtok Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology, Chorten Stupa, Orchid Sanctuary, Rumtek Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok and Tashi Viewpoint. Stay for the night at the hotel.
Day 07: Gangtok
You have another day of East India Religious Tour in Gangtok. Breakfast at hotel and then proceed for a full day visit to Thshangu Lake and Baba Mander that are a must visit in all East India Tours. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Departure
Check out from hotel after breakfast and proceed to NJP railway station/Bagdogra airport where you board the scheduled flight/train back home or to onward destination. End of East India Religious Tour.
