Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu
Your five day Kathmandu tour begins with the arrival at Kathmandu Airport. One of the representatives of India Holiday Package will greet you at the Airport and escort you to the pre booked hotel. After taking some snacks and rest India Holiday Package guide will take you to the afternoon sightseeing tour to Kathmandu that include some of its exotic sites like Durbar Square, Hanuman Dhoka, the ancient royal residential quarter, Mahadev and Parvati Temple, Machhender Bahl-holy place for the Buddhists and Hindus, Temple House of Kumari, the vestal virgin or the living goddess. Also visit Swayambunath, a 2500-year old site and visit 5 Dhyani Buddha's attended by their consorts are enshrined at the base of the stupa. Over night stay at Kathmandu.
On the next morning of Kathmandu tour visit Patan with India Holiday Package guide. In Patan visit the old Newar City, the historic Durbar Square, the Golden Gate, the sky piercing temple of Teleju and the statue of Yogendra Malla, curio shops and bazaars. Afternoon excursion takes you to Bhadgaon, Bodhnath and Pashupatinath Temples. Visit the ancient Gateway, Durbar Square the Royal Residential quarter of Bhupatindra Malla, the famous five-storied temple of Nyatapola in pagoda style and other temples. In the month of February an annual pilgrimage on the occasion of Shivaratri is organized here every year. Over night stay at Kathmandu.
Day 3: Kathmandu – Dhulikhel
On the next morning drive to Dhulikhel. On arrival in Dhulikhel, check in at the hotel. Dhulikhel is a small township, 30 km from Kathmandu, along the Chinese-built road which leads to the border. It is situated at an altitude of 6000 ft and offers superb views of Cho Oyu in the east to Himalchuli in the west. The little town exudes great charm in the bare-brick houses, carved wooden windows, sloping tile-roofs, pagoda-temples and sacred statues everywhere. Besides bird watching, hiking and mountain biking are some of the activities that can be undertaken here. Over night stay at Dhulikhel. Day 4: Dhulikhel- Kathmandu
Next morning leave Dhulikhel by road and proceed towards Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu, check in at the hotel. Mountain Flights are conducted daily from Kathmandu towards the Himalayan Range in the north and East of Kathmandu. The flight generally takes off in the morning and lasts for one full hour. Every passenger is guaranteed a window seat on mountain flights. This is the quickest way to get a closer look at Mt. Everest, the highest mountain in the world. Over night stay at Kathmandu.
Day 5: Depart Kathmandu
