Day 01: Arrive at Leh
Your tour to Ladakh with Pangong Lake starts with arrival at Leh airport where our representative awaits you and transfers you to the hotel. Spend the day enjoying the picturesque beauty of the hill town perched at a height of 3500 m above sea level. Visit to Leh bazaar in the evening and later retire to the hotel for night stay.
Day 02: Leh Monasteries
Today we take you on a full day excursion to the most popular monasteries around Leh. Early morning, drive to Thiksey Monastery to witness the prayer ceremony. Later, transfer to Hemis Monastery in Ladakh. Sightseeing at Shey Palace and return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Leh Alchi Uletokpo
Ladakh with Pangong Lake today proceeds to Uletokpo (75 km) campsite. Stop en route at Spituk Monastery (5 km) and then visit Alchi Monastery. Arrive at Uletokpo at noon and have lunch here. Spend the evening at the serene riverbank and stay for the night at the camp.
Day 04: Uletokpo Lamayuru Leh
Lamayuru Monastery, the oldest in Leh, is the next stopover in Ladakh with Pangong Lake tour package. Morning drive to Lamayuru visiting Khaltsi en route. Sightseeing at the monastery that dates back to the 10th century. Late afternoon, return journey to Leh (4-5 hours) while visiting the magnetic hill on the way. Check in to hotel upon arrival for night stay.
Day 05: Leh Khardongla Pass Leh
Breakfast at hotel and then leave for a full day excursion to Khardongla Pass (85 km) that is a must visit during tours to Leh Ladakh, India. It finds mention in the Guinness Book of World Records for being the worlds highest motorable pass at 5600 m. From the highest point, you can get breathtaking views of mountains enveloped in snow. Return to the hotel in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 06: Leh Pangong Lake Leh 290 km
The beautiful Pangong Lake is the last destination in Ladakh with Pangong Lake tour package. Early morning, leave for Pangong Lake that is reached by a steep climb up the Changla Pass perched at 5486 m. Lunch at Tsoltak. Later, arrive at Durbuk and drive to the western shore of Pangong Lake, one of the must visit sites in Ladakh tour packages. It is around 6 km wide, over 144 km long and one half of the lake runs through the other side of Indo-China Border. Enjoy the panoramic landscapes around the lake and late afternoon, return to Leh for night stay at hotel.
Day 07: Leh Delhi Departure
Ladakh with Pangong Lake tour ends today and you check out from the hotel to reach the airport where you board connecting flight to Delhi. Our representative meets you at the airport and escorts you to the international airport where you board onward flight back home or to other destination.
