Day 01: Arrival in Cochin
Arrive in Cochin where our representative will be waiting to welcome you. Get transferred to your hotel. Have an overnight stay in Cochin.
Day 02: Cochin
Begin the 2nd day of your Kerala Backwater and Beach Tour with a healthy breakfast and the move on to explore the city with an India Holiday guide. Visit the famous Fort Cochin, Spice markets and Jewish Synagogue. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cochin.
Indian Horizon will be organizing Kathakali dance shows for you and the most interesting part would be seeing the performers dressing up before the dance. India Holiday guide will brief you on this traditional dance and you will see for yourself how the performers color themselves with natural colors.
Day 03: Cochin - Kumarakom
Have breakfast and then drive to Kumarakom, known for its beautiful backwaters. Arrive in Kumarakom and check in at the resort and spend the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening visit the Bird Sanctuary. Return to the resort for an overnight stay in Kumarakom. Day 04: Kumarakom
Feel free to spend day 4 of your Kerala Backwater and Beach Tour at your own leisure. Have an overnight stay at Kumarakom.
Day 05: Kumarakom - Alleppey
Post breakfast board the houseboat, a must to do during Kerala Backwater and Beach Tour. Explore the beautiful Kerala aboard the houseboat, watch the breathtaking greenery and the deep blue backwaters. Spend the night aboard the houseboat.
Day 06: Alleppey - Kovalam
Arrive at Alleppey and drive to Kovalam and check in at the beach resort. Spend the rest of the day on the beach. Have an overnight stay aboard the houseboat.
Day 07: Kovalam
Day 7 of your Kerala Backwater and Beach Tour is free and you can spend it at your own leisure on the beach. Have an overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 08: Kovalam
Spend the 8th day of Kerala Backwater and Beach Tour at your own leisure relaxing on the beach. Have an overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 09: Kovalam - Trivandrum
Post breakfast get transferred to Trivandrum Airport in the company of an India Holiday representative. Board your flight back home or to your further destination. Here ends you Kerala Backwater and Beach Tour.
